I can’t believe as Founder it’s been 3 years since starting my business here in Hampstead, a place I grew up in and love very much.

It’s been a fantastic journey for me coming straight from the busy television and radio industry, resetting the compass and choosing what I feel is the best career in the world.

I started Hampstead Sitters in 2014 and my very first client was a lovely cat called Mr Foster.  As the business has grown I’ve been lucky enough to reinvest in and launched sister company Hampstead Hounds in 2016

We’re not a franchise but provide independent bespoke services for our increasing client base.  We’re working with some amazing people and their pets and you can regularly see myself and my skilled team across Hampstead Heath most days exercising and walking a variety of dogs.

We’ve fast become a key part of the Hampstead community and regularly house-sit for clients who are away on business or on holiday.  We often stay in the premises especially over main holidays such as Christmas which offers peace of mind.  We also provide shorter stays and dog-walks and tailor our services to suit.

I’m very passionate about animals and I’m a regular supporter of local charities including  sponsorship of All Dogs Matter.  Late last year I held a special thank you event in London for clients which also raised much needed funds for the charity.

My ambition is to host an annual-fundraising event each year for a chosen animal charity.   So please feel free to get in touch.

I believe that training in any job should be ongoing.  I studied Psychology at Goldsmiths University for which I received a 2:1 so I’m now embarking on a series of courses in Canine Behavioural Training to add to the services I provide for clients.

I hope that anyone thinking of a change in career will have the confidence to do so.  I have such passion for animals and their needs and am lucky to have a business I really enjoy.  Dare to take the leap and do something you have always wanted to do.

Do keep a look out for us at events in Hampstead this summer!
